Blackberries – rich in Vitamin C, polyphenols, flavonoids, anthocyanins, and ellagic acid.

Papaya – rich in Vitamin A (in the form of beta carotene), Vitamin C, and folate.

Snow – no nutritional value, just a temporary visitor who will hopefully be leaving soon!
