Not to state the obvious, but you should Clean Your Skin EVERY NIGHT.

Pollutants accumulate on skin throughout the day. Don’t leave all these toxins from pollution on your skin.

A recent conversation with a client:

What’s your evening routine?, I asked.

“I don’t do anything.”

Nothing? What about cleansing?

“I don’t cleanse.”

Why?

“Because I don’t want to put any chemicals on my skin.”

[Oh boy.. ]

By not cleaning her skin, she was doing exactly what she was trying to avoid – allowing toxic pollutants to accumulate on her skin (not to mention oil and dirt).

POLLUTION is very damaging to skin and puts it under stress. Your cells work over-time to repair damaged proteins and DNA. At a certain point, your body just can’t keep up. The damage is greater than the rate your skin can repair itself. Skin ages faster as a result. And this is just the skin part. Pollution affects your overall health too.

You can’t see these microscopic particles of pollution, but they are there on your skin! To get them off, you need to cleanse every night no matter how tired you are. In the daytime, sunscreen with antioxidants will help protect skin from pollution. Avoid smoky areas too.

Remember, Healthy Skin Is Clean Skin!
