Do you massage‬ your skin? It’s an easy way to improve the appearance and health of your skin!

BENEFITS OF FACIAL MASSAGE

1. Increases Blood Circulation‬ – Blood carries NUTRIENTS, OXYGEN, and WATER to the skin, and it removes WASTE away from skin. So better circulation means healthier, more hydrated skin.

2. Cleans Your Skin More Thoroughly – If you massage while cleansing with a CLEANSING‬ OIL, you’ll get a deeper clean. The cleansing oil will have more time to pick up sebum, makeup, and sunscreen.

3. Alleviates Dryness‬ – Rubbing stimulates the sebaceous glands, so you produce more oil. If you have ‪‎drys kin‬, massage will help. If you have‪ oily skin‬, you can still massage *while cleansing with a cleansing oil* in order to achieve a deeper clean. Just don’t do it for long (not more than 1 min.)

4. Improves Lymph‬ Drainage – Lymph fluid circulates throughout the body, and is a way for the body to detoxify‬ itself. Lymph drainage slows down with age. So massage can assist the flow of it out.

MASSAGE TIPS

1. The easiest way to massage your face‬ is while you’re applying a‪ CLEANSING OIL‬ or MASK. The oil is ideal because it lubricates skin and allows your fingers to glide around skin easily.

2. 30 sec to 1 minute is good. 2 min is great if you have the time.

3. Use a few fingers on each hand. Rub in circular motions.

4. Focus on the areas in the pic – the nostrils, tip of the nose, bridge of the nose, and sides of the nose. These areas of the T-Zone get clogged easily.

5. Don’t worry about the exact choreography. There are movements and directions that are ideal, but as long as you’re rubbing, your skin is still benefiting!
