INGREDIENT MYTHS IN SKINCARE

On this section of the site, I address common fallacies and ingredient myths in skincare. There are a group of ingredients that are consistently demonized in the media and by bloggers. Parabens, silicones, mineral oil are just a few.

Much of the information circulating about them are factually incorrect. As a scientist by training, I find this appalling. Because those untruths can sabotage us in the long term.
